Kaftan

V-Neck flowy design. This print was inspired by a visit to the Shaka Zulu restaurant in London, right before it closed permanently in 2022. Inside, everything gave age-old practices new relevance with a contemporary twist, through the development of old cultural materials used over thousands of years, alongside traditional craft techniques of carving, etching, embossing, braiding, weaving, knitting, and appliqué.
